Is Festorra only for weddings?
No. Weddings are our biggest market, but Festorra is for any event: birthdays, baptisms, corporate events, conferences, galas, festivals, family reunions and more. Plan my event lists 99 kinds of events.
Is Festorra free for people planning an event?
Yes. Searching, saving professionals, building a plan and sending quote requests cost nothing.
Do I need an account?
Not to search or save professionals. You sign in with your email to send a quote request, leave a review or keep your saved list on every device. There is no password: we email you a one-time link.
Do I pay through Festorra?
No. You pay the professional directly, on the terms you agree together. Festorra is not part of that agreement.
What does the Verified badge mean?
The professional confirmed their identity with our partner Didit, using an identity document and a selfie. Festorra keeps only the result and the date, never the document.
What does the professional see when I send a request?
Your name, your email address and what you wrote in the form: event type, date, place, number of guests and your message.
What if a professional is not free on my date?
Anyone who blocked your date is hidden from the results. Tick Include unavailable vendors to see them anyway, marked as unavailable.
What is a rush booking?
A request sent close to the event date. Each professional sets how close counts as rush and any extra charge, and you see it on the profile before you send a request.

Weddings are our biggest market, but every kind of event needs you: corporate, private, cultural or religious. List your business for free and upgrade when you want more reach.
Create your account
Sign in with your email address: we send a one-time link, so there is no password to remember. A short setup asks for your business name, category, city, description and photos.
Build a strong profile
Write a description of at least 80 characters, upload at least five photos of real events, set your prices and answer the Details questions. Every answer becomes a filter clients use to find you.
Set your rules
Say how fast you send quotes, how much notice you need and what you charge for rush bookings. Block the days you are already booked and add the cities you travel to.
Publish
One click puts your profile in search results. You can unpublish at any time.
Answer quote requests
Each request arrives by email and in your dashboard with the event type, date, city and message. Accept or decline: a fast answer, even a no, helps your ranking.
Get paid directly
You agree on the price, sign the contract and get paid by your client directly. Festorra is not part of that agreement.

I don’t work on weddings. Can I list my business?
Yes. Festorra has 44 categories, from catering, DJs, MCs, comedians, venues and photographers to lighting, sound and AV, event security, transport, rentals and corporate events. People planning every kind of event search them.
Is it free to list my business?
Yes. The Basic plan is free: 10 photos, your home city, the filter questions, your terms, your availability and your profile views.
What do Pro and Agency add?
More photos and videos, more cities, team members, identity verification, detailed facts, WhatsApp and video on your profile, more analytics and a ranking boost. Agency adds up to 3 locations and a shared photo library.
How do I pay for a plan?
Monthly prices are shown in XOF and USD. Pay by mobile money or African card through Flutterwave, or by international card through Stripe.
How do I rank higher?
Get verified, answer every Details question, use the words clients type in your tagline and description, answer requests quickly and collect reviews after your events.
Is my address published?
No. Clients see your city on the map, never your street address.
Can I decline a request?
Yes. Decline any request you cannot take. Requests from outside your cities are marked with the distance, so you can decline or quote for travel.
Does Festorra check my terms and conditions?
No. Your terms are part of your agreement with your client. Make sure they follow the law where you work.
