Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Festorra (operator details to be confirmed before launch, see Contact) is responsible for the personal data processed on festorra.com. Contact: legal@festorra.com.

2. What we collect

Account: your email address, and if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares with us.

Vendor profiles: business name, description, location, contact details (including phone and WhatsApp if you add them), photos, packages, prices and team members, all entered by the vendor.

Client activity: the vendors you save, the inquiries you send (event type, date, location, guest count, message) and the reviews you write.

Technical: your IP address and browser details in server logs, and anonymous page-view counts on vendor listings. Error reports sent by your browser when something breaks (the error message and the page address).

3. Why we use it

To run the service: sign you in, show listings, deliver your inquiry to the vendor, and show vendors how their listing performs.

To send transactional email: sign-in links, inquiry notifications, review requests, and plan reminders for vendors.

To keep the platform safe: rate limiting, abuse prevention, and fixing errors.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who receives it

Vendors receive the inquiries you send them, including your name and message. Clients see what vendors publish.

Service providers that process data for us: Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage, in the European Union), Resend (email delivery, European Union), and Google (only if you choose Google sign-in). Each processes data only on our instructions.

5. Cookies

Festorra uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. Page-view counting on vendor listings is first-party and does not use cookies or identify you. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep it

Account and profile data: for as long as your account exists. Inquiries and reviews: for as long as the vendor's listing exists, so the record stays meaningful to both sides. Server logs and error reports: up to 30 days. Sign-in links expire after five minutes.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to a use of it, by emailing legal@festorra.com from the address on your account. We answer within one month. Depending on where you live you may also complain to your data-protection authority.

8. Children

Festorra is for adults planning or providing event services. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes will be announced on the site.
