Terms of Service

1. What Festorra is

Festorra is an online marketplace where event professionals ("vendors") publish listings and people planning an event ("clients") discover them, save them and send them inquiries.

Festorra is operated by the entity named in the Contact section. By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms.

2. Festorra is not a party to your contract

Any agreement for services is made directly between a client and a vendor. Festorra does not provide the services, does not guarantee that a vendor will accept a request, perform the service or be available on a given date, and is not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of what a vendor offers.

Prices shown on a listing are indicative and set by the vendor. Confirm the final price with the vendor before committing.

3. Accounts

You sign in with an email link or with a Google account. Keep your sign-in email secure: anyone who can read it can access your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.

4. Vendor listings

Vendors must describe their business accurately, hold the licences their activity requires, and own or have permission to use every photo and text they upload.

By publishing content you grant Festorra a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and promote it on the platform and in Festorra's own marketing, for as long as the listing is published. You keep ownership.

Festorra may edit, hide or remove a listing that breaks these terms, is inaccurate, or receives credible complaints, and may suspend the account behind it.

5. Inquiries and reviews

Inquiries are forwarded to the vendor, including the details you enter. Do not send information you would not share with the vendor directly.

Reviews must describe a real experience with the vendor. Festorra may remove reviews that are fake, abusive, unrelated to the service or written in exchange for a benefit.

Some listings and reviews are sample data used to demonstrate the platform. They are labelled as such and are not real businesses or customers.

6. Paid plans

Vendors may subscribe to a paid plan for extra features. Plans are billed monthly in advance through a third-party payment provider. Prices are shown before you pay.

Paid plans are not yet open. When they are, the refund and cancellation rules will be stated here and on the upgrade page before any payment is taken.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use Festorra to post unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or sexually explicit content; to harass anyone; to scrape listings or contact details; to circumvent sign-in or rate limits; or to pass yourself off as another business or person.

8. Reporting a problem

To report a listing, a review or an uploaded image, email the address in the Contact section with a link to the content. We aim to respond within five working days and will remove content that infringes rights or breaks these terms.

9. Liability

Festorra is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Festorra is not liable for loss or damage arising from a vendor's services, from inaccurate listing information, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect; continuing to use Festorra after that date means you accept them.
