Getting started

How Festorra works for vendors, from sign-in to a published profile.

How Festorra works

Festorra is a marketplace where couples and event planners look for vendors. They search by category, city, date and the details you fill in, save the profiles they like and send quote requests from your page.

You agree on the price, sign your contract and get paid directly with your client. Festorra is not a party to that agreement.

Create your account

Sign in with your email address. We send you a one-time link, so there is no password to remember.

The setup wizard then asks for your business name, category, city, description, contact details and photos. Every answer can be changed later in the dashboard.

Publish your profile

A new profile stays unpublished until you click Publish profile on the Vendor dashboard page. Publishing needs:

  • A description of at least 80 characters, in French or English.
  • Your commitments on My profile: quote turnaround, rush threshold, rush surcharge and latest booking.

You can unpublish at any time. Your profile then stops appearing in search results.

Find your way around

The menu on the left groups the pages in three parts:

  • Profile: Vendor dashboard (the overview), My profile, Details, Terms & conditions, Availability, Service zones, My photos and Shared media library.
  • Business: Quote requests, Analytics and Team members.
  • Growth: Social promo, Appearance and Upgrade to Pro.

Each field has a ? button that explains it in one sentence, and each page has a Guide link to the matching page of this documentation.

On a phone, the menu becomes a strip at the top of the page that you can scroll sideways.

A strong profile in ten minutes

  • Write a description that says what you do, for which events and where.
  • Upload at least five photos of real events and choose a cover.
  • Fill in Details: each answer is a filter couples can use to find you.
  • Add your terms so couples accept them with their request.
  • Block the days you are already booked.
  • Set a realistic response time, then keep it: faster answers rank higher.
