Abidjan Live Production has spent 9 years lighting celebrations across Abidjan and the wider region — from intimate ceremonies of thirty guests to festival main stages. Rigs are designed to the room's power and rigging points, and every show is programmed and tested before the doors open, and the result is a record of the day as it actually ran rather than a version assembled to a formula.
A site visit covers power, rigging, sightlines and the cues that matter, so nothing important is decided on the day itself. Every booking includes a plot, a fully redundant rig and an operator on site for the whole event. Questions are answered in writing, changes to the plan are normal and cost nothing before the event, and you always know who will actually be there on the day.
Abidjan Live Production is based in Abidjan and works in fr / en. Bookings start at 550 000 XOF and a written quote follows within 1h, itemised so you can see what drives the figure. Most clients book six to nine months ahead; peak Saturdays go first, so earlier is safer. Nothing is owed until you accept the quote.
