Abuja AV Productions works out of Abuja and has spent 8 years lighting celebrations, from small private bookings through to festival main stages. Rigs are designed to the room's power and rigging points, and every show is programmed and tested before the doors open. The approach starts with what your day actually is, not with a package that has to be talked into fitting it.
A site visit covers power, rigging, sightlines and the cues that matter, so nothing important is decided on the day itself. Every booking includes a plot, a fully redundant rig and an operator on site for the whole event. Questions are answered in writing, changes to the plan are normal and cost nothing before the event, and you always know who will actually be there on the day.
Abuja AV Productions is based in Abuja and works in fr / en. Bookings start at 570 000 NGN and a written quote follows within 3h, itemised so you can see what drives the figure. Most clients book eight to twelve months ahead; peak Saturdays go first, so earlier is safer. Nothing is owed until you accept the quote.
