Abuja Celebration Hall works out of Abuja and has spent 3 years hosting celebrations, from small private bookings through to six-hundred-guest receptions. The space works as one room or three, and the layout is set around your guest count rather than a fixed plan. The approach starts with what your day actually is, not with a package that has to be talked into fitting it.
A site visit covers capacity, catering access, parking and the noise curfew. What you book includes a walkthrough, a floor plan and a run sheet agreed before the day. The plan is written down and shared, so you, your other suppliers and the venue are working from the same document — which is what stops the small things going wrong when the day gets busy.

Our main hall accommodates up to 500 seated guests. For cocktail events, we can host up to 800 guests across all our spaces.

We offer both in-house catering packages and the flexibility to bring your preferred caterer. Our team specializes in African and international cuisine.
How far in advance should we book?＋
We recommend booking 9–18 months in advance for weekend dates, especially during peak season (November–April).
