Accra Event Center works out of Accra and has spent 10 years hosting celebrations, from small private bookings through to six-hundred-guest receptions. The space works as one room or three, and the layout is set around your guest count rather than a fixed plan. The approach starts with what your day actually is, not with a package that has to be talked into fitting it.
A site visit covers capacity, catering access, parking and the noise curfew. What you book includes a walkthrough, a floor plan and a run sheet agreed before the day. The plan is written down and shared, so you, your other suppliers and the venue are working from the same document — which is what stops the small things going wrong when the day gets busy.

Peak-season Saturdays are usually taken eight to twelve months in advance, so it is worth asking early — and there is no charge until you accept.

What is the maximum guest capacity?＋
Our main hall accommodates up to 500 seated guests. For cocktail events, we can host up to 800 guests across all our spaces.
Is catering included in the venue hire?＋
We offer both in-house catering packages and the flexibility to bring your preferred caterer. Our team specializes in African and international cuisine.
How far in advance should we book?＋
We recommend booking 9–18 months in advance for weekend dates, especially during peak season (November–April).
