For 6 years Accra Weddings Co has been running celebrations in and around Accra, working at every scale from a family gathering in a courtyard to three-day wedding weekends. Planning is the unglamorous part done properly: a timeline every supplier has, contracts read, and a plan for the weather. Nothing is templated, because no two celebrations want the same thing.
A discovery call covers budget, guest count, priorities and what you would rather not deal with, so nothing important is decided on the day itself. Every booking includes a master run sheet, supplier coordination and a coordinator on site from setup to strike. Questions are answered in writing, changes to the plan are normal and cost nothing before the event, and you always know who will actually be there on the day.
