For 2 years Afrique en Image has been photographing celebrations in and around Abidjan, working at every scale from a family gathering in a courtyard to four-hundred-guest receptions. Coverage is documentary first — the room as it happens, not a queue of posed set-ups. Nothing is templated, because no two celebrations want the same thing.
A pre-shoot call covers the timeline, the family groups that matter and the light at your venue. What you book includes a private online gallery of fully edited images, usually within three weeks. The plan is written down and shared, so you, your other suppliers and the venue are working from the same document — which is what stops the small things going wrong when the day gets busy.
Afrique en Image operates from Abidjan, works in fr / en and takes bookings from 180 000 XOF. Enquiries are answered within 2h with an itemised written quote rather than a range. Popular dates — spring and end-of-year Saturdays especially — are typically gone four to six months out. You are not charged for asking.
