About Concierge Events
Concierge Events is based in Dakar and has 14 years of experience with weddings, baptisms and galas. A uniformed team welcomes guests, checks the seating plan, guides VIPs, runs the cloakroom and gift table, and keeps the programme on time with your planner.
Every booking starts with a call about your date, your guests and your budget, and a written, itemised quote follows within 72 hours. Prices start from 20,000 XOF per hour.
We work in French and English. Popular dates go months ahead, so it is worth asking early; sending a request is free.
