DJ Aminata
DJ Aminata — Premium DJ & event entertainment
DJ Aminata has spent 2 years reading rooms from behind the decks across Dakar and the wider region — from intimate ceremonies of thirty guests to four-hundred-person product launches. The style is open-format: beatmatching live, taking requests on the fly and moving between genres so the energy never dips, and the result is a record of the day as it actually ran rather than a version assembled to a formula.
A planning call covers must-plays, do-not-plays and how the evening should build, and you leave that conversation knowing exactly what happens, in what order, and what you receive afterwards. Every booking includes a planning portal for your timeline and song lists, plus custom intros and announcements. Adjusting the plan as things firm up is expected rather than penalised.
Based in Dakar, DJ Aminata works in fr / en, with bookings from 120 000 XOF. Send the date and a rough outline and a written, itemised quote comes back within 1h. Peak-season Saturdays are usually taken six to nine months in advance, so it is worth asking early — and there is no charge until you accept.

Flawless for our 400-person gala — polished, punctual and genuinely easy to work with. Would book again without hesitating.
Read the room perfectly and kept our guests going right through the last song. Everything ran to time and we never had to chase anything.
Communication was excellent throughout and the result exceeded what we had pictured. Recommended without reservation.
Turned a difficult venue into something that actually worked. Clearly knew the space better than we did.
The planning call made the difference — by the time the day arrived everyone knew exactly what was happening.
Our families are demanding and both sides were delighted, which does not happen often. Handled the whole day with real warmth.
Arrived early, set up without any fuss and stayed until everything was packed down. Professional from start to finish.
Worth every franc. The quality was noticeably above what we saw from the other quotes we collected.
Calendar updates in real time. Greyed dates are already booked — message to confirm yours.
