Work is matched to your skin rather than to a look from a mood board, and it is tested in daylight and in flash before the day, and the result is a record of the day as it actually ran rather than a version assembled to a formula.
A trial settles the look, the products your skin agrees with and how long the morning needs, and you leave that conversation knowing exactly what happens, in what order, and what you receive afterwards. Every booking includes a trial, a timed schedule for the morning and a touch-up kit to keep. Adjusting the plan as things firm up is expected rather than penalised.
