For 8 years Espace Événementiel has been hosting celebrations in and around Abidjan, working at every scale from a family gathering in a courtyard to six-hundred-guest receptions. The space works as one room or three, and the layout is set around your guest count rather than a fixed plan. Nothing is templated, because no two celebrations want the same thing.
A site visit covers capacity, catering access, parking and the noise curfew. What you book includes a walkthrough, a floor plan and a run sheet agreed before the day. The plan is written down and shared, so you, your other suppliers and the venue are working from the same document — which is what stops the small things going wrong when the day gets busy.
Espace Événementiel is based in Abidjan and travels nationwide and works in fr / en. Bookings start at 4 500 000 XOF and a written quote follows within 3h, itemised so you can see what drives the figure. Most clients book four to six months ahead; peak Saturdays go first, so earlier is safer. Nothing is owed until you accept the quote.

What is the maximum guest capacity?＋
Our main hall accommodates up to 500 seated guests. For cocktail events, we can host up to 800 guests across all our spaces.
Is catering included in the venue hire?＋
We offer both in-house catering packages and the flexibility to bring your preferred caterer. Our team specializes in African and international cuisine.
How far in advance should we book?＋
We recommend booking 9–18 months in advance for weekend dates, especially during peak season (November–April).
