For 13 years Joburg Premier Events has been running celebrations in and around Johannesburg, working at every scale from a family gathering in a courtyard to three-day wedding weekends. Planning is the unglamorous part done properly: a timeline every supplier has, contracts read, and a plan for the weather. Nothing is templated, because no two celebrations want the same thing.
A discovery call covers budget, guest count, priorities and what you would rather not deal with. What you book includes a master run sheet, supplier coordination and a coordinator on site from setup to strike. The plan is written down and shared, so you, your other suppliers and the venue are working from the same document — which is what stops the small things going wrong when the day gets busy.
Joburg Premier Events operates from Johannesburg and travels nationwide, works in fr / en and takes bookings from 4 500 000 ZAR. Enquiries are answered within 24h with an itemised written quote rather than a range. Popular dates — spring and end-of-year Saturdays especially — are typically gone four to six months out. We have a vetted network of preferred vendors, but we're happy to work with vendors of your choice that meet our quality and reliability standards.
