Le Jardin des Fêtes has spent 2 years styling celebrations across Dakar and the wider region — from intimate ceremonies of thirty guests to full-venue transformations. Installations are built for the room they go in — measured on site, not adapted from a catalogue photograph, and the result is a record of the day as it actually ran rather than a version assembled to a formula.
A site visit and a styling call settle the palette, the scale and what the room can physically hold, and you leave that conversation knowing exactly what happens, in what order, and what you receive afterwards. Every booking includes a styling deck, a full install on the day and a strike-down after the last guest leaves. Adjusting the plan as things firm up is expected rather than penalised.
Le Jardin des Fêtes is based in Dakar and works in fr / en. Bookings start at 320 000 XOF and a written quote follows within 4h, itemised so you can see what drives the figure. Most clients book six to nine months ahead; peak Saturdays go first, so earlier is safer. Nothing is owed until you accept the quote.

Yes! All floral arrangements belong to you after the event. We can also arrange for them to be donated to a local hospital or community center.
Do you work with artificial or real flowers?＋
We primarily work with fresh flowers sourced locally and seasonally. Premium silk arrangements are available for outdoor events in high heat.
How early do you arrive to set up?＋
Our team typically arrives 4–6 hours before the event. For elaborate setups, we may need venue access the day before.
