Planning is the unglamorous part done properly: a timeline every supplier has, contracts read, and a plan for the weather, and the result is a record of the day as it actually ran rather than a version assembled to a formula.
A discovery call covers budget, guest count, priorities and what you would rather not deal with, and you leave that conversation knowing exactly what happens, in what order, and what you receive afterwards. Every booking includes a master run sheet, supplier coordination and a coordinator on site from setup to strike. Adjusting the plan as things firm up is expected rather than penalised.
