Two meetings cover the structure, the vows, the readings and who stands where. What you book includes a full written script you approve in advance, and a rehearsal before the day. The plan is written down and shared, so you, your other suppliers and the venue are working from the same document — which is what stops the small things going wrong when the day gets busy.
