Perfect Day Events works out of Lagos and has spent 11 years running celebrations, from small private bookings through to three-day wedding weekends. Planning is the unglamorous part done properly: a timeline every supplier has, contracts read, and a plan for the weather. The approach starts with what your day actually is, not with a package that has to be talked into fitting it.
A discovery call covers budget, guest count, priorities and what you would rather not deal with. What you book includes a master run sheet, supplier coordination and a coordinator on site from setup to strike. The plan is written down and shared, so you, your other suppliers and the venue are working from the same document — which is what stops the small things going wrong when the day gets busy.
Perfect Day Events is based in Lagos and travels nationwide and works in fr / en. Bookings start at 4 000 000 NGN and a written quote follows within 2h, itemised so you can see what drives the figure. Most clients book eight to twelve months ahead; peak Saturdays go first, so earlier is safer. Nothing is owed until you accept the quote.

We have a vetted network of preferred vendors, but we're happy to work with vendors of your choice that meet our quality and reliability standards.
