Same-Day Reels — Same-day reels and stories filmed on phone
About Same-Day Reels
Same-Day Reels is based in Dakar and has 11 years of experience with weddings, birthdays and engagements. A creator films the day vertically on phone and gimbal, posts stories as it happens and delivers edited reels the same night, alongside your photographer and videographer.
Every booking starts with a call about your date, your guests and your budget, and a written, itemised quote follows within 72 hours. Prices start from 250,000 XOF.
We work in French and English. Popular dates go months ahead, so it is worth asking early; sending a request is free.

Very good overall; one small delay at the start, quickly fixed.
Great value and a team that clearly loves what it does.
They understood our traditions and respected every detail.
On time, well organised and genuinely kind with our families.

Frequently asked
Does this replace a videographer?
No. We film for social media; a videographer makes your long film.
Do you post on our accounts?
Only if you want us to; otherwise we send the files to you.
Do you work outside Dakar?
Yes. Within 50 km there is no travel fee; further away we add travel to the quote.
