Saveurs d'Afrique works out of Dakar and has spent 10 years cooking for celebrations, from small private bookings through to six-hundred-cover galas. Menus are built around the season and around what your guests actually eat, not around a standing list. The approach starts with what your day actually is, not with a package that has to be talked into fitting it.
A tasting and a planning call settle the menu, the dietary requirements and the service style. What you book includes a tasting before you commit, and a final menu costed per head with no hidden service charge. The plan is written down and shared, so you, your other suppliers and the venue are working from the same document — which is what stops the small things going wrong when the day gets busy.
Based in Dakar, Saveurs d'Afrique works in fr / en, with bookings from 250 000 XOF. Send the date and a rough outline and a written, itemised quote comes back within 4h. Peak-season Saturdays are usually taken eight to twelve months in advance, so it is worth asking early — and there is no charge until you accept.

What is your minimum guest count?＋
Our minimum is 30 guests for full-service catering. For smaller intimate events, we offer a micro-event package starting at 10 guests.
Do you provide serving staff?＋
Yes, all our packages include uniformed serving staff at a ratio of 1 server per 20 guests.
