Why details matter
Each answer becomes a search filter or a fact on your profile. A couple who filters on “Wireless microphones” only sees vendors who answered yes, so an empty field leaves you out of that search.
Answers are also searchable by keyword.
Free and Pro facts
Facts couples filter on are free for every vendor. Detailed facts, which help a couple decide once they are on your page, are part of Pro.
On Basic, Pro facts are shown locked with an Upgrade to Pro button. If a paid plan ends, Pro facts are hidden from your profile, and saving Details on Basic clears them.
Business basics
Questions every vendor answers, whatever the category: written contract, liability insurance, cancellation policy, events per year, team members on the day, deposit and payment terms. They build trust and couples can filter on them.
How to answer each kind of field
- Switch: on means yes. Leave it off when it does not apply.
- List: choose the one option that fits best.
- Number: a whole number, such as a capacity or a percentage. Couples filtering on a minimum or a maximum are compared with it.
- Included, paid option or in some packages: say whether something comes with every booking, costs extra, or comes with some packages only. For example a venue’s cold storage or a DJ’s lighting.
- Chips: select every option that applies, for example each music style you play.
Multiple-choice cards
Each multiple-choice question of your category has its own card. A couple filtering on one option sees every vendor who selected it, so select all that apply, not only your favourite.
Category details
Questions specific to your category, for example a DJ’s own equipment and microphones, or a venue’s capacity, kitchen and parking.
Detailed facts (Pro)
Extra detail shown on your profile, such as brands, quantities or what each package includes. Available on Pro and Agency.
Progress and navigation
The bar at the top counts the facts you can answer and how many you did. On wide screens, the On this page list jumps to each card.
